Our site is at 13 Scott Avenue, Grand Falls-Windsor, NL A2A 2K1 (Right next to 1 Valley Road by the Parks and Rec Depot in Grand Falls-Windsor. The zipline tour takes 1.5 to 2 hours depending on the group size and level of experience. The tour consists of 6 lines, ranging from 850-1,200 ft each!

The distance between the meeting point and the first line is just a walk down to the river from Scott Avenue so transportation to the lines are not required.

A valid credit card is required to book a tour. Groups under 10 people must arrive at least 15 minutes before the tour while groups over 10 must arrive 30 minutes before the tour begins.

We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, and we strive to accommodate our guests to the best of our abilities. However, in order to ensure the smooth operation of our tours and the commitment of our resources, we have a cancellation policy in place.

Cancellation requests made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled tour time are eligible for a full refund. We kindly ask you to provide us with sufficient notice, as this allows us to make adjustments and offer the opportunity to other interested participants.

Please note that any cancellation made within 48 hours of the tour time will result in full charges being applied to the credit card provided during the booking process.

We are proud to offer an all season zipline tour that runs in sunshine, rain and snow! Be sure to dress appropriately for the weather during your tour.

Exploits Extreme Ziplines has the right to delay or cancel tours in the event of high wind or lightning. In the event we cancel a tour, we will provide a full refund or make every effort to reschedule your tour.
